TShirtDomain.com will replace any item, or refund the purchase amount of the item, if we find that item to be defective in workmanship or materials, at our sole discretion, provided purchaser notifies us within ten days of receipt of said item.

If the defect is in the content, meaning text, colors, sizes or quantities of printed articles, we will refer to records of the online order, to determine if said defect was caused by the purchaser providing incorrect information, including, but not limited to, misspellings of words or requested text, requested colors, sizes or quantities of items. At the time of purchase, purchaser is provided a record of the transaction, both online and by email. The purchaser should check their copy of the transaction at the time of purchase and immediately notify TShirtDomain.com if there is a mistake in the details of the order by emailing us at sales@tshirtdomain.com.

If a defect was caused by a mistake made by TShirtDomain.com not providing a product as specified in the order, then we will replace the item(s) or refund your purchase price at the time the defective item is returned to us. Do not return an item to us without contacting us first and getting a Return Authorization Number. Returning an item for any reason without first contacting us and requesting a Return Authorization Number will cause the purchaser to have to pay for the return shipping charges and will cause a delay in replacing the defective item or refunding the purchase price.

Any person who purchases or attempts to purchase any item or service sold or offered for sale by TShirtDomain by using any forged, false, unauthorized or otherwise misrepresented instrument of payment including, but not limited to, checks, money orders, bank drafts, credit cards or debit cards, whether in person, by mail or messenger, online, by telephone, by fax, by email or by any other electronically transmitted means, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All transactions will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold TShirtDomain.com and all subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any and all claims or demands, including actual attorneys' fees, made by any party due to, or arising from purchasers breach of this Agreement, or any incorporation by reference thereto, or purchaser's violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

This Agreement may be amended at any time by posting the amended terms on this page, 30 days prior to becoming effective.
